# Update a webhook endpoint

> PATCH /v1/webhook-endpoints/{webhookEndpointId} changes an endpoint's URL, description or event types, or enables, disables and resumes it.

**Scope:** `webhooks:manage`  ·  **Idempotency-Key:** optional

<ParamField body="url" type="string">A new https URL.</ParamField>

<ParamField body="subscribedEventTypes" type="string[]">Replaces the list. At least one type, or `["*"]`.</ParamField>

<ParamField body="enabled" type="boolean">
  `false` disables the endpoint. `true` resumes a paused or disabled endpoint and clears its failure count. Only events that happen after resuming are delivered.
